Here is a small house very well placed, in a very pretty street of Telavi. The hyper-centre is a two-minute walk away. It's an old winegrower's house. On the lower floor, you will find the typical walls of these red brick Kakheti houses. The two rooms that make it up can regain their character. In one of the two rooms you will find a fireplace in front of which you can see, on the ground, the qvevri passes, these large buried jars that keep the owner's wine (in this regard it should be added that Georgian wines are really excellent...). This small house is entirely to be renovated and will regain all its charm. The garden is of course very pleasant. The owner sells it for $60,000.
