It is a pretty fairly recent house (late 1960s), made of traditional bricks and built in the centre of a very pretty park of 2400 m2, where there is a swimming pool and many fruit trees, berries, workshops to do crafts, hutches for rabbits, greenhouses for aromatic plants, raspberries, mulberry trees, strawberries, a fish pond, a spring water well, a summer kitchen, 4 bedrooms, a convertible roof, a 250 m2 outbuilding which is a traditional wine cellar in perfect condition (to be redesigned), balencoires, hanging vines,....well I'll stop there, the owner had designed this dream garden herself and made it a reality for her family and her grandchildren. The house itself requires renovation work but overall everything has been done with quality materials and a love of a job well done. For the record, this house was built very quickly and the owner, to give heart to the masons' work, had asked a musician-guitarist to come on site to accompany the workers in music. He did so, sitting on branches of the big tree you see in the pictures and during the three months of the construction site. This anecdote perfectly illustrates the Georgian spirit, the festive spirit, the taste of songs and good wine of this Georgian wine-growing region. The owners sell this house full of souvenirs for 205,000 usd.
